Terms & Conditions:

1. The ‘Kalyan Jewellers Diwali Contest’ based on the ad film is valid only in India.
2. The contest period is from 8th October to 30th October 2022.
3. Lucky winners will be selected via an online randomizer. 
   • 10 Lucky winners will win a 4-gram gold coin each.
   •  100 Lucky winners will win a 1-gram gold coin each.
4. The final list of winners will be published on 1st November 2022, on the same page.
5. An entry will be considered eligible, only if the answers are correct and if all the required fields in the form are filled. 
6. Every entry corresponds to a phone number. Multiple entries from the same number will not be considered.
7. The prize is to be collected from the nearest Kalyan Jewellers showroom on or before 31st December 2022, else the prize will be considered forfeited.
8. A valid Government photo ID card will have to be submitted as proof of identity, along with the email confirmation of winning the contest.
9. The winners cannot transfer the prize to any other person.
10. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash.
11. Kalyan Jewellers reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photos for promotion and post-coverage of the offer on the Kalyan Jewellers’ social media platforms and other platforms.
12. Kalyan Jewellers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond the control of Kalyan Jewellers. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
13. Kalyan Jewellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the contest anytime it deems necessary.
14. Kalyan Jewellers India Limited reserves the right for a final decision in case any discrepancy arises.
15. Our customers’ safety is our priority. All safety protocols have been followed across all our showrooms. We advise our customers to take all necessary Covid safety measures during their visit to our showrooms. Kalyan Jewellers shall not be responsible in the event of a casualty if any.
16. Every participant is bound to these Terms & Conditions.
17. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
