Terms & Conditions:

1. The #TouchOfHome campaign is valid in the Middle East and the USA only.
2. The campaign runs from 27th March to 6th April 2025.
3. An entry will be considered eligible only if all required fields are completed and submitted.
4. Upon form submission, participants stand a chance to win a 1gm gold coin from Kalyan Jewellers.
5. Each entry corresponds to a unique phone number. Multiple entries from the same number will not be considered.
6. The prize must be collected from the nearest Kalyan Jewellers showroom on or before 7th May 2025, failing which it will be considered forfeited.
7. Winners will be selected randomly—three winners from each region: Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, the UAE, and the USA.
8. Participants must follow our social media page to qualify.
9. Kalyan Jewellers reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photos for promotional activities on its social media platforms and other media.
10. Kalyan Jewellers shall not be responsible for any loss, modification, or cancellation of the campaign due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Participants will be informed at the earliest if any changes occur.
11. Kalyan Jewellers reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the contest whenever necessary.
12. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the respective countries in the Middle East and the USA where the campaign is held.
