1. Old Gold Exchange Offer

  • Customers can exchange old gold with 0% deduction, subject to quality, purity, and authenticity verification as per the company's evaluation standards.
  • The value of the old gold will be determined based on the prevailing gold rate and the company's assessment process.
  • The exchange benefit is applicable only against the purchase of eligible jewellery during the offer period.

2. Making Charge Offer

  • Customers can avail up to 30% OFF on making charges on selected gold jewellery.
  • The discount percentage may vary depending on the jewellery design, collection, and applicable making charges.
  • The applicable discount will be determined at the time of billing.

3. Product Exclusions

This offer is not applicable on:

  • Platinum, diamond, solitaire, or silver jewellery.
  • Gold coins, silver coins, and gold bars.
  • Antique jewellery, customized jewellery, and repair or service charges.
  • Promotional items, fixed-price collections, and any other categories excluded by the company.

4. Offer Conditions

  • This offer is valid only during the promotional period.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, exchange bonus, loyalty benefit, package, or special scheme unless specifically stated by the company.
  • The company reserves the right to determine the eligibility of products under this offer.

5. Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

  • In case of return, cancellation, or exchange of the purchased jewellery, the offer benefit will be adjusted as per the company's prevailing return and exchange policy.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after adjusting the offer benefits availed.

6. Taxes & Billing

  • GST and all applicable statutory taxes will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.
  • Customers are advised to retain the original invoice for future service, exchange, or warranty-related requirements.

7. General Terms

  • This is a limited-period promotional offer and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn without prior notice.
  • The company reserves the right to verify old gold, customer eligibility, and purchase details before extending the offer.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the company shall be final and binding.
